I had one cocker yesterday. She was badly flea-infected. She had a long bath, using three different products in effort to kill of the fleas. The cocker is seven years old, missing some teeth, where her tongue was hanging out of her mouth. She is overweight, which makes grooming somewhat difficult. Overall, she is a sweetie.
I groomed two cockers today. There were suppose to be three dogs scheduled for me, but one was canceled. They're both overweight, and groomed in similar style, except one include clean feet, due to allergies. One was fairly easy and quick to groom because she didn't have much hair to shave off. It was more like a trim down. The other, he was too big and lazy, so I decided to just groom him on the floor. He laid there on the side most of the time, letting me flip him over at times for me to work on both sides.
